Arrive to a stocked fridge
Both Super Food and Ling & Sons offer home delivery. Place your order a day or two before arrival and step straight into villa life — pool, drinks, dinner — without an errand run on day one.
Shop mid-week for the best selection
Fresh stock arrives on Thursdays. Thursday through Saturday is when Ling & Sons has its finest cuts, freshest fish, and best-stocked shelves. Sunday tends to be lean — plan accordingly.
Sunday hours are limited by law
Aruba restricts Sunday trading to around four hours — most stores open 9am–1pm. If you’re arriving on a Sunday, delivery pre-ordered the day before is the most seamless option.
Drinks run early in the week
Romar Trading closes at 12pm on Saturdays and is shut Sundays. Visit Monday to Friday to have the full range available — and time to chill everything before the weekend gatherings.

Balashi — Aruba’s own beer
Brewed on the island, light and well-suited to the climate. The natural choice for pool days and BBQ evenings — widely available across all stores.
Aged Dutch Gouda
Aruba is part of the Dutch Caribbean — aged Gouda and Edam are a local staple. Super Food carries the finest selection on the island, beautifully matched with wines from Romar.
Mahi-mahi — the local catch
Fresh mahi-mahi is Aruba’s signature fish — mild, meaty, and excellent on the BBQ. Ask at the Ling & Sons fish counter Thursday onwards for the freshest stock.

Grocery delivery — arrive to a ready kitchen
Super Food and Ling & Sons both deliver directly to the villa. Two options:
Before check-in
The villa crew receives the delivery and places everything in the fridge on your behalf. A USD 75 service fee applies. Your kitchen is ready the moment you walk through the door.
After arrival
Schedule delivery for after your check-in time and receive it yourselves — no additional fee. Ideal if you prefer to settle in first.
Romar Trading for the drinks
Aruba’s distributor is open to walk-ins — the full range of wines, beers, and spirits at source prices. Go early in the week; they close at noon on Saturdays and are shut on Sundays.
PriceSmart — your foreign card works here
Any PriceSmart membership — Colombian, Panamanian, Costa Rican — is valid in Aruba. No need for a local card. If you don’t have one, a complimentary day pass is available at the membership desk.
Ice at Ting Wei before every beach day
The closest store to the villa carries bags of ice — essential for the cooler on the way to Arashi Beach, Tres Trapi, or Boca Catalina. All are within ten minutes of the villa.
Do It Center for the BBQ setup
Charcoal, grilling tools, cleaning supplies, extra towels — Do It Center handles it all alongside the groceries. Worth a single visit on arrival day rather than multiple stops.
Sunday trading is restricted
By law, most stores open only a few hours on Sundays — typically 9am to 1pm. Romar Trading is closed entirely. If Sunday is your arrival day, pre-ordering delivery is the most seamless approach.
