CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-out time is at 10 AM. Depending on availability an extended check-out time can be approved for an additional fee. Please ask your host for availability.
- Check-outs after approved check-out time will be charged with the full deposit fee of USD500.
EXTENDED CHECK-OUT TIME
- An extended check-out till 3 PM can be available upon request.
- The cost of the extended check-out is USD95, to be paid in cash or direct transfer (or Zelle transfer). We can also send a link for CC payment, the cost accordingly is USD120.
HOW TO CHECK-OUT
Your stay included an end-cleaning meaning you don’t need to do anything. However some guests like to;
- Switch off all the ACs.
- Switch off all the lights.
- Leave trash bags in the main bin outside of the house.
Please close all the doors before departure.
