⚠️ Check-outs beyond the approved time may result in a full security deposit charge of USD 500.
⏰ Extended Check-Out
Extended check-out may be available up to 6:00 PM, depending on availability.
Pricing:
- USD 125 — cash or bank/Zelle transfer
- USD 150 — credit card (via secure payment link)
🧹 Check-Out Instructions
Your stay includes end-cleaning, so there is no extensive cleaning required.
If you’d like to help, we kindly suggest:
- Turning off all air conditioning units
- Switching off all lights
- Placing trash bags in the main bin outside
- Starting the dishwasher (if used)
- Ensuring all doors are closed and secured
